I came to Australia in 2017. Despite having engineering qualifications in South Africa, I had to become a student here and start all over again. The pathway to my dream of becoming an Australian Citizen meant repeating my welding and engineering trade, which is tough starting all over again at 27. It's also tough to live off lower wages while trying to establish yourself in a new country. 

I spent the first 5 years working across a number of Gold Coast industries, getting to know the work environments, learning about myself and though the first few years were brutal. It happened, I got my Australian Citizenship in 2023.

Now I intend to make the most of the opportunities available here, in Australia. 

What an amazing country to wake up every day and have opportunity. In 2022, I had the chance to travel around Australia and take in the stunning sites, meet the locals in small towns and large cities, I got to really explore!

I am so happy to say that, without a doubt, the Gold Coast in the best place in all of Australia! Our beach culture, seemingly endless summer, growth and strong entrepreneurial spirit, it's the place I feel most at home. I give a strong second to Coral Bay/Exmouth/Broome!

When I arrived in Australia, I was blessed to stay with my brother as I found my feet. He was always looking at property - it made me wonder if property was something I could ever get into or might have the opportunity to learn more about.

In 2020, I met my wife... if you ever get the chance to love someone nearly as special, you will know what she means to me.

In 2021 she left her corporate executive world, I left my trade world and together we spent over a year researching the best way to build property portfolio. A nice addition for my wife, is that she is a CPA, has had great success in property previous to meeting me, had done that as a single mother and on a single salary. But we wanted to know EVERY strategy available, EVERY player in the property education space and so we spent hours and hours studying, investigating, watching too many free masterclasses (all in hope we would buy their mentoring package) and pay thousands of dollars to be part of the largest property education network in Australia... and we found that my wife's experience in property was exactly the path we still wanted to take. 

Through this time, we realised how unrealistic it is for the majority of people to be able to spend this type of time, energy and resources in educating, researching and also very difficult to bring together the required professionals and trades to get the best outcomes. So, we've done that for you. there are so many properties and property deals out there and yet not every deal is going to suit us and not every deal is going to be good timing for us - we started growing disheartened letting each of these deals go... until we decided that the only thing that makes sense is to make this service available to you!

So, the more deals we find, the more opportunities there are for our clients and our network.

Our dreams of helping others grow is now realised. We never intend to stop.

We want deals that are usually reserved for the experienced or the 'big end of town' to be available to you!
