We believe in complete transparency—our flat fee covers the entire buying journey, from the first consultation to the final settlement.

Engagement Fee
A one-time Engagement Fee of $5,500 (incl. GST) is payable upfront to begin your property search. This fee secures our full commitment to your journey and is non-refundable, with one exception:
If we’re unable to find you a suitable property within 90 days, we’ll refund 50% of the Engagement Fee—because we’re as invested in your success as you are.

Unlike traditional buyer’s agents, we don’t take a percentage of the final sale price.

We also offer a straightforward and competitive fee structure when it comes time to sell:

• Selling Fee: Just 1% of the final sale price—far less than typical agency commissions.

• Advertising: A fixed fee of $500 for listings on realestate.com.au and Domain.

• Professional Photography (optional): We can arrange high-quality photography for $400.

No hidden fees. No inflated commissions. Just clear, honest pricing for real results.

How can you only charge 1% sales commission when others charge 2–3%?

Simple — we’re independent.

We’re not part of a franchise, which means we don’t have to pay franchise fees, or carry the overhead costs that come with it.

But here’s the important part: we’re not cheap. We’re just not charging you for things that don’t benefit you.
